壮药黄花倒水莲的配伍规律分析

Analysis of the compatibility rules of polygalae fallacis

目的:基于Apriori算法、关联规则和熵聚类分析探讨壮药黄花倒水莲的配伍规律。方法:在《中国壮药学》《壮医方剂学》《中国壮医内科学》《中国壮医病症诊疗规范》《广西民族医药验方新编》等书籍及中国知网等数据库收集含黄花倒水莲的方剂,运用中医传承辅助平台软件V2.5进行数据挖掘。结果:筛选到含黄花倒水莲的方剂152首,涉及中药337味,药物频次由高到低依次是鸡血藤、千斤拔、土人参、土党参、当归藤、黄精、虎杖、益母草、十大功劳等;药性以温、平、寒为主,药味以甜(甘)、麻辣(辛)味居多。关联规则发现以黄花倒水莲配伍鸡血藤为核心组合,药物模式多与调龙路火路、补虚、清热毒、除湿毒、祛风毒的药物进行配伍。熵聚类分析得到4个核心组合,分别为鸡骨草-黄花倒水莲-排钱草,黄花倒水莲-何首乌-羊耳菊,益母草-当归藤-香附-黄花倒水莲,益母草-当归藤-黄花倒水莲-莪术。发现2首新方,分别是鸡骨草、黄花倒水莲、排钱草、何首乌、羊耳菊,益母草、当归藤、香附、莪术、黄花倒水莲。152首含黄花倒水莲方剂主治疾病共17类46种,其中虚证,妇女经、带杂病,肝系疾病较为常见。结论:通过对壮药黄花倒水莲用药规律进行分析,发现黄花倒水莲的配伍和主治病证分布规律,能够为临床组方提供一定参考。

Objective:To explore the compatibility rules of polygalae fallacis based on Apriori algorithm,association rules and entropy clustering analysis.Methods:The formulas containing polygalae fallacis were collected from books such as China Zhuang pharmacy,Zhuang medicine prescription,Chinese Zhuang medicine internal medicine,Chinese Zhuang medicine disease diagnosis and treatment standards,new edition of Guangxi ethnic medicine prescription,and databases such as CNKI,and V2.5 software of TCM inheritance support system(TCMISS)was used for data mining.Results:The 152 formulas containing polygalae fallacis were screened,involving 337 Chinese herbal medicines,with the highest to lowest frequency being Caulis Spatholobi seu Mucunae,Radix Flemingiae philippinensis,Radix Talini paniculati,Radix Campanumoeae,Radix seu Caulis Embeliae parviflorae,Rhizoma Polygonati,Rhizoma Polygoni cuspidati,Herba Leonuri,and Folium Mahonae.The medicinal natures in these formulas were mainly warm,neutral and cold,and medicinal flavors were mainly sweet and pungent.The analysis of association rules showed that core combination was Radix Polygalae fallacis and Caulis Spatholobi seu Mucunae,and the drug pattern was commonly combined with medicines that regulated Longlu and Huolu,tonified deficiency,cleared heart toxicity,dispelled dampness and wind toxicity.The entropy clustering analysis showed that there were 4 core combinations,namely,Herba Abri fruticulosi-Radix Polygalaefallacis-Ramulus et Folium Phyllodii pulchelli,Radix Polygalaefallacis-Polygoni multiflori-Radix seu Herba Inula,Herba Leonuri-Radix seu Caulis Embeliae parviflorae-Rhizoma Cyperi-Radix Polygalaefallacis,Herba Leonuri-Radix seu Caulis Embeliae parviflorae-Radix Polygalaefallacis-Rhizoma Curcumae.2 new formulas were found,namely,Herba Abrifruticulosi,Radix Polygalaefallacis,Ramulus et Folium Phyllodii pulchelli,Polygoni multiflori,Radix seu Herba Inula;Herba Leonuri,Radix seu Caulis Embeliae parviflorae,Rhizoma Cyperi,Rhizoma Curcumae,Radix Polygalaefallacis.The 152 formulas containing polygalae fallacis mainly treated a total of 17 categories of 46 diseases,among which deficiency syndrome,women′s menstruation and miscellaneous diseases,liver diseases were more common.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the medication rules of polygalae fallacis,the compatibility of polygalae fallacis and the distribution law of the main symptoms are found,which can provide some reference for clinical prescriptions.
