摘要
目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠模型背俞穴红外温度、微循环血流灌注量变化。方法:将大鼠分为空白组和模型组,模型组采用脂多糖(LPS)气管滴注联合烟熏造模。采用宏观体征、体质量、气道组织病理形态评价造模情况,并检测背俞微循环血流量及红外温度。结果:与空白组比较,第7周后模型组大鼠体质量增长减缓(P<0.05);模型组苏木精-伊红HE染色显示肺泡破裂、融合,炎症细胞增多,支气管上皮细胞脱落,变薄,呈肺气肿样病变;模型组马松三色(MASSON)染色肺组织胶原沉积面积比增加(P<0.05);模型组大鼠背俞穴点微循环血流灌注量明显降低(P<0.05);模型组大鼠肺俞穴红外温度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:LPS气管滴注联合烟熏可造成肺气肿样病变COPD模型,COPD模型大鼠背俞穴点微循环灌注量下降,肺俞穴红外温度下降。
Objective:To observe the changes of infrared temperature and microcirculation blood perfusion in Back-shu point of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)rats.Methods:The rats were divided into blank group and model group,and the model group was given lipopoly saccharide(LPS)tracheal trip combined with fumigation.Macroscopic signs,body mass index,and airway histopathological morphology were used to evaluate the modeling situation,the Back-shu point microcirculatory blood flow and infrared temperature were measured.Results:Compared with the blank group,the mass growth of the model group decreased significantly after seven weeks,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);HE of the model group showed alveolar rupture and fusion,increase of inflammatory cells,bronchial epithelium cells detachment,thinning,and emphysema-like lesions;the ratio of MASSON collagen deposition area in the model group increased(P<0.05);microcirculatory blood perfusion in the Back-shu point was significantly lower in the model group(P<0.05);the infrared temperature of the Lung-shu point of rats in the model group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:LPS tracheal drip combined with fumigation can cause emphysema-like lesions in COPD model,and the microcirculatory blaod perfusion in Back-shu point in COPD model rats and the infrared temperature at the Lung-shu point decreased.
