糖尿病是由于多种病因引起的以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱性疾病。郝建军,主任中医师,广东省名中医,全国优秀基层名老中医药专家,从事中医临床工作40余年,对许多疑难杂病的治疗有独到的见解。郝教授认为胰腺是“脾”的一部分。糖尿病的发生首先是脾的运化出了问题,气虚是最早出现的证型,并逐步发展合并湿热、阴虚以及血瘀。气虚证治疗用自拟消渴补气方,湿热证治疗用加味葛根芩连汤,阴虚证治疗用消渴养阴方,血瘀证根据血瘀程度选用合适力度的活血药。临证用方延用仲景合方治大病的思想,根据不同兼证情况,给予合方。

Diabetes was a metabolic disorder characterized by chronic hyperglycemia caused by various etiologies.Hao Jianjun,chief Chinese medicine doctor,famous Chinese medicine doctor in Guangdong Province,national outstanding old Chinese medicine expert at the grassroots level,has been engaged in clinical work in Chinese medicine for more than 40 years,and has unique insights into the treatment of many difficult and miscellaneous diseases.Professor Hao believes that the pancreas is part of the“spleen”.The occurrence of diabetes is first of all a problem with the transportation and transformation of the spleen.Qi deficiency is the earliest syndrome,and gradually develops in combination with damp-heat,yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Qi-deficiency syndrome is treated with Zini Xiaoke Buqi Prescription,Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction is used to treat dampness-heat syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome is treated with Xiaoke Yangyin Prescription,in the case of blood stasis syndrome,herbs to promote blood circulation should be used according to the degree of blood stasis.The prescriptions used in clinical practice extend the idea of Zhongjing′s combined prescriptions for treating major diseases,and the combined prescriptions are given according to different concurrent conditions.
