心理认知行为护理模式对前列腺增生症手术患者心理状况的影响

Effect of psychological cognitive behavior nursing patterns on psychological status of patients with prostatic hyperplasia undergoing surgery

目的探讨心理认知行为护理模式对前列腺增生症手术患者心理状况的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年8月南京中医药大学附属南京市中西医结合医院行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗的90例前列腺增生症患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)、研究组(45例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上实施心理认知行为护理模式。两组均持续干预至患者出院。比较两组行为依从性及干预前后的心理状态。结果研究组行为依从性好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理认知行为护理模式能够消除患者的不良情绪,对术后恢复具有重要作用。

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological cognitive behavior nursing patterns on psychological status of patients with prostatic hyperplasia undergoing surgery.Methods From January 2020 to August 2021,90 prostatic hyperplasia patients treated in Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases).The control group was served with routine nursing interventions,the study group was served with psychological cognitive behavioral nursing on the basis of control group.Intervention was continued in both groups until discharge.Behavior compliance and psychological status before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results The behavior compliance of study group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and study group was lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological cognitive behavior nursing patterns can eliminate the patients’bad mood and play an important role in postoperative recovery.
