针康法治疗中风的康复机制研究进展

Research progress on rehabilitation mechanism of acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of stroke

近年来中风的发病率不断攀高,治疗后患者常伴有各种后遗症,给家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。针康法作为中风后康复的一种有效策略,在临床中被广泛应用,它是指将头穴丛刺治疗脑源性疾病的优势与现代康复方法进行有机结合。本文介绍了针康法的定义、指导思想及临床应用,并对其治疗中风的康复机制进行归纳总结,主要包括促进血管再生、抑制细胞凋亡、控制炎症反应、重塑神经血管单元、调节肠道菌群等机制,以便为中风后的临床康复提供理论依据和思路。

In recent years,the incidence rate of stroke has been increasing.After treatment,patients often have various sequelae,which has brought heavy burden to families and society.As an effective strategy for rehabilitation after stroke,acupuncture and massage is widely used in clinical practice,it refers to the organic combination of the advantages of acupoint cluster acupuncture in the treatment of brain-derived diseases and modern rehabilitation methods.This paper introduces the definition,guiding ideology,and clinical application of acupuncture-rehabilitation therapy,and summarizes its rehabilitation mechanism in the treatment of stroke,mainly including promoting vascular regeneration,inhibiting cell apoptosis,controlling inflammatory response,remodeling neurovascular unit,regulating intestinal flora and other mechanisms,so as to provide theoretical basis and ideas for clinical rehabilitation after stroke.
