摘要
总结著名骨伤专家刘寿山辨治筋伤病经验及特色。刘寿山指出筋伤病有着治疗难度大的特点,临证应做到及早诊疗、辨治正确、注重恢复,并围绕中医上筋的生理特点确立了手法、方药、固定与练功的治筋四原则,其六大核心学术思想有推拿手法应发力准确,宜柔透缓而非盲目大力;纠正筋错误的解剖位置有利于恢复其生理功能;治疗时注重整体,分期辨证内服药调理气血;治筋伤宜温远凉;新鲜严重伤筋宜用纸捆绑固定;注重练功对筋伤病的恢复。本文通过对该学术思想的梳理和提炼,以期为中医筋伤病的诊治提供些许借鉴。
This study summarizes the experience and characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of tendon injuries by famous orthopedic expert Liu Shoushan.Liu Shoushan points out that tendon injuries have the characteristic of difficult treatment.Clinically they should be diagnosed early,treated correctly and emphasized the importance of recovery.He establishes four principles which are massage manipulation,the composition of Chinese medicine prescriptions,fixation and functional exercises for the treatment of tendon injuries by focusing on the physiological characteristics of the tendon of traditional Chinese medicine.His six core academic thoughts:accurate,soft and slow are better than blind and vigorous on massage manipulations;correcting the wrong anatomical position of tendon is beneficial to restore its physiological function;pay attention to the whole treatment,use the composition of Chinese medicine prescriptions correctly during different stages to adjust the balance of qi and blood;treatments of tendon injuries should be warm instead of cold;new serious tendon injuries should be fixed with paper binding;pay attention to the exercise on the recovery of tendon injuries.Through combing and refining the above-mentioned academic thoughts,this article hopes to provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of tendon injuries in Chinese medicine.
