基于FLACS模拟的液化石油气球罐区池火后果影响与消防应对措施研究 被引量:2

Study on the Consequences of Pool Fire in LPG Balloon Tank Farm and Fire Fighting Countermeasures Based on FLACS Simulation

摘要 采用FLACS软件对液化石油气球罐区的池火后果进行了模拟研究,设计了小孔泄漏、大孔泄漏和完全破裂三种不同的泄漏模式及相对应的六种火灾场景,模拟及分析的结果表明:增加罐体之间的间距可显著提高火灾时的相邻球罐的安全性,实际工程设计中应充分考虑罐体之间的间距;风向对罐区相邻周围罐体的受热辐射具有显著影响,可依据常年主导风向,通过罐区储罐的合理布置,减小火灾时对周边储罐的影响;不同的泄漏速度、泄露方式和泄漏量,在火灾时对周围罐体的影响也不相同不同场景下对相同罐区周围罐体采取的消防措施也不相同,发生火灾后应对不同的罐体采用合理的消防应对措施. FLACS software is used to simulate the consequences of pool fire in LPG balloon tank farm.Three different leakage modes of small hole leakage,large hole leakage and complete rupture and six corresponding fire scenarios are designed.The results of simulation and analysis show that increasing the spacing between tanks can significantly improve the safety of adjacent spherical tanks in case of fire,and the spacing between tanks should be fully considered in practical engineering design.The wind direction has a significant impact on the heating radiation of the adjacent tanks in the tank farm.According to the perennial dominant wind direction,the impact on the surrounding tanks in case of fire can be reduced through the reasonable layout of the tanks in the tank farm.Different leakage speed,leakage mode and leakage volume have different effects on the surrounding tanks in case of fire,and the fire-fighting measures taken for the tanks around the same tank farm in different scenarios are also different.After a fire,reasonable fire-fighting measures should be taken for different tanks.
