物流扶贫长效化的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Logistics in Long-term Poverty Alleviation

物流业在参与扶贫的过程中发挥了重要作用,通过SWOT法分析物流扶贫,可知物流业拥有物流专业化运作和物流网络覆盖广等优势,但也面临站点建设困难,冷链物流发展落后、信息化水平低和优质人才匮乏等问题。在政府与社会支持以及三产融合发展的机会下,虽面临恶劣自然环境和环境污染等威胁,通过完善基础设施建设,开展合作,整合资源,大力建设网络通信环境,构建物流信息平台,加强本土人才培养与吸引外部人才相结合、加强保护自然环境等举措,有助于实现物流扶贫长效化。

In this paper,we applied the SWOT analysis to the role of the logistics industry in poverty alleviation,finding that the logistics industry has the advantages of specialized operation and wide network coverage,but it also faces problems such as difficulties in site construction,slow cold chain development,low informatization and lack of high-quality talents.Then we argued that,with the support of the government and the society and taking the opportunity of the integrated development of the three typical rural industries,despite threats such as harsh natural environment and environmental pollution,etc.,we could augment the long-term effect of the logistics industry in poverty alleviation through improving infrastructure construction,consolidating resources through multi-party cooperation,vigorously building the network communication environment,building logistics information platforms,improving talent resources by combining local cultivation and external attraction,and strengthening the protection of the natural environment,etc.
