基于供应链的传统国际货代向跨境电商物流转型

Transformation of Traditional International Freight Forwarder into Cross-border E-commerce LogisticsProvider Based on Supply Chain

阐述了传统货代同质化竞争激烈,跨境电商物流快速发展,国际货代企业需要向跨境电商物流转型的行业现状。分析指出国际货代供应链流程短且简单,而跨境电商物流供应链流程长且复杂。传统货代向跨境电商物流转型中存在供应链整合能力不足,逆向物流保障缺失,跨境物流网络失衡,数据信息系统割裂和不了解跨境监管政策等短板和问题。提出货代企业应增强与跨境电商平台及大型平台卖家协同合作,整合供应链资源打造专业化优势,加强新兴市场及全球网络布局,基于海外仓提升增值服务保障能力,通过数字化转型打通数据流。

In this paper,we expounded the current status of the traditional freight forwarding industry in that it is mired deeply in fierce homogeneous competition,and that the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce logistics industry compels the transformation of the international freight forwarding enterprises into cross-border e-commerce logistics providers.Through analysis,we pointed out that the international freight forwarding supply chain was short and simple in process while the business process of the cross-border e-commerce logistics supply chain was long and structurally complex.Next,we introduced the shortcomings and problems to be overcome in the transformation of traditional freight forwarders into cross-border e-commerce logistics providers,such as insufficient supply chain integration capabilities,lack of reverse logistics support,imbalances in cross-border logistics networks,fragmented data information systems,and lack of understanding of cross-border regulatory policies.At the end,to better achieve the transformation,we proposed that freight forwarding companies should strengthen cooperation with cross-border e-commerce platforms and large-scale platform sellers,integrate their supply chain resources to forge specialty advantages,strengthen their presence in emerging markets and the global network,improve the value-added service support capabilities based on overseas warehouses,and unplug data flow through digital transformation.
