摘要
为有效降低生鲜物流系统的脆弱性,在对生鲜物流系统脆弱性概念界定的基础上,选取人员、设施设备、管理3个一级指标和15个二级指标,整合了DEMATEL、ISM、ANP、物元评价等多种方法,构建DEMATEL-ISM-ANP-多级物元评价的综合评价模型。通过对S物流公司的评价验证了该评价模型的有效性。研究结果表明,该评价模型切实可行,能够对生鲜物流系统的脆弱性进行有效量化评价分析。
In order to effectively reduce the vulnerability of the fresh product logistics system,based on the definition of vulnerability of the fresh product logistics system,we selected three primary indicators,namely personnel,facilities,and management,and 15 secondary indicators.Then,we integrated DEMATEL,ISM,ANP,matter-element evaluation and other methods to construct a comprehensive DEMATEL-ISM-ANP-multilevel matter-element evaluation model.Through the evaluation of a logistics company S,we verified the effectiveness of the evaluation model,the result of which shows that said model is feasible and can effectively carry out quantitative evaluation and analysis of the vulnerability of the fresh product logistics system.
