Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain System Based on“Internet +”SCOR Model

依托传统的供应链参考模型(SCOR模型),将“互联网+”思想融入其中,结合生鲜农产品供应链的一般流程,构建了生鲜农产品供应链“互联网+”SCOR模型,并根据生鲜农产品供应链各参与主体的实际情况,从基本流程层、配置层、流程元素层对该模型进行了具体构建,最终形成了一个信息可共享、上下可协调、全程可监测、安全可追溯的生鲜农产品供应链体系,有效提高了农产品的流通效率,提高了供应链的整体竞争力,保障了农产品的质量安全,为建立一条集成、高效、优化的生鲜农产品供应链打下基础。

Based on the traditional Supply Chain Operations Reference model(SCOR model),we integrated the idea of"Internet+"into the model,then in light of the general process of the fresh agricultural products supply chain,constructed the"Internet+"SCOR model of the fresh agricultural products supply chain,and according to the actual situation of each participant in the supply chain,we constructed the model from the basic process layer,configuration layer and process element layer,and finally formed a fresh agricultural products supply chain system with information sharing,up-down coordination,whole-process monitoring,and safety information traceability functionalities.The system could effectively improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products and the overall competitiveness of the supply chain,guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products,and lay the foundation for the establishment of an integrated,efficient and optimized supply chain of fresh agricultural products.
