摘要 为培养出与行业需求发展相适应的高素质人才,依据管理类专业运筹学学情,基于“TOPCARES”能力体系对运筹学课程教学进行探索,包括基于“TOPCARES”能力指标支撑的教学目标、基于“TOPCARES”的突出应用型与实践性培养的教学内容、基于“TOPCARES”能力体系的线上线下混合式教学模式、与“TOPCARES”能力体系相契合的教学方法及多元化考核方式探索,以期解决传统教学方式中学生学习积极性差、实践应用能力弱等问题,提升教学效果,助力社会培养“TOPCARES”一体化优秀人才。 In order to cultivate high-quality talents in line with the needs of industrial development,we explored the teaching of the Operations Research course based on its teaching situation in management and related specialties and the“TOPCARES”ability system,including its teaching objectives as supported with the“TOPCARES”competence indicators,its teaching content with focus on application and practical training,its blended online and offline teaching model,as well as fitting teaching methods and diversified examining modes.With the above teaching system,we hope to solve the problems of poor enthusiasm and weak practical application ability of students in the traditional teaching method,improve the teaching effect,and cultivate integrated"TOPCARES"talents.
