摘要
人才培养是新时代高校的五大职能之一。探索基于高校职能的基层教学组织建设的新路径、新机制,健全教学规范,提升教学技能,改革教学评价,增强教学动力,进一步完善教学质量评价与保障机制、激励机制和持续改进机制,不断提升高校教师教学能力水平,对高校自身发展及其质量文化的孕育与形成都具有重要的现实意义。
The cultivation of talents is one of the five functions of colleges and universities in the contemporary era.Exploring the new pathways and mechanisms for the construction of grassroots organizations based upon the function of colleges and universities,strengthening teaching standards,improving teaching skills,reforming teaching evaluation,enhancing teaching motivations,further perfecting teaching quality evaluation and guarantee mechanisms,incentive mechanisms,and continuous improvement mechanisms,keeping improving the teaching ability of college and university faculty,all have important practical significance for the development of colleges and universities,as well as the generation and formation of their quality culture.
