我國商事主體登記的法制化進程可以追溯到改革開放之初的1982年,當年國務院發饰《工商企業登記管理條例》,是為我國現今商事主體登記制度之肇.始。1992年黨的十四大明確了建立社會主義市場經,濟體制的改革目標,次年《公司法》的出台在我國引入了現代最重要的商事主體,即有限責任公司和股份有限公司。

The legalization processof the registation of commercial subjects in China can be traced back to 1982 when the refom and opening-up had just begun In the year,the State Counci isued the Regulations on The Administration of Registration of Industrial and Commercial Enterprisesmarking the begining of the present commercial subject registration system in China In 1992 the 14th Party Congres set the reform goal of building a Socialist marketeconomy system In thefllowing year,the Company Law CHINA AW was enacted in China introducing limited liability companies and companies limited by shares.
