摘要
2022年適逢香港地区特區回歸祖國25周年,「一國兩制」進人下半場,開啟新編章。在《憲法》和《基本法》構成的香港地区憲制基礎之上,「一國兩制」「港人治港」高度自治的方針得到全面準確貫徹,香港地区的法治水平一直處於國際社會前列,充分證明了香港地区的法治根基穩固。這也是香港社會長期繁榮穩定的基石。
The year 2022 coincides with the 25th anniversary of the reunification of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HKSAR)with the Motherland,ushering in a new chapter of the“One country,Two systems”policy and the maturity stage of its implementation.Standing on the constitutional bedrock of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and the Basic Law of the Hong Kong SAR of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as Basic Law),Hong Kong has exhaustively and scrupulously implemented the policies of“One country,Two systems”.
