麦冬全球产地生态适宜性的分析 被引量:3

Global ecological suitability analysis of Ophiopogon japonicus

摘要 目的 明确麦冬全球产地的生态适宜性,为合理选择种植区提供科学依据。方法 以麦冬道地产区及主要分布区的570个分布数据为基点,选取海拔、气候、土壤等9个指标作为主要生态因子,应用《药用植物全球产地生态适宜性信息系统》提取麦冬全球分布的生态因子值,分析在全球和中国的麦冬产地生态适宜性。结果 麦冬主要分布在海拔2000 m以下,受年均日照和年均相对湿度的影响较大。在全球范围内,麦冬的生态适宜区域总面积约9.310×10~6 km~2,分布于中国、日本、澳大利亚、新西兰、美国、韩国、巴西等73个国家和地区,在中国,麦冬的生态适宜区域总面积约为3.218×10~6 km~2,主要适宜区为云南、四川、广西、浙江等省区。结论 对麦冬的生态适宜分析结果可为麦冬合理选择种植区提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To analyze global ecological suitability of Ophiopogon japonicas(L.f.)Ker-Gawl.,and to provide scientific basis for the rational selection of planting areas.METHODS Based on 570 occurrence records from geo-authentic habitats and main distribution areas, 9 ecological indicators of altitude, climate and soil were selected as the main influencing factors, the ecological factors of global distribution of O.japonicus were extracted by the ecological suitability information system(GMPGIS-Ⅰ),to analyze the eological suitability of O.japonicas in global, and China.RESULTS The study revealed that O.japonicusis mainly distributed below 2000 m, which is greatly influenced by annual mean temperature and annual relative humidity.The ecological suitable area of O.japonicus in global is about 9.310×10~6 km~2,which is distributed in 73 countries and regions such as China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, South Korea and Brazil.The ecological suitable area in China is about 3.218×10~6 km~2,mainly including Yunnan, Sichuan, Guangxi and Zhejiang.CONCLUSION The results of ecological suitability analysis of O.japonicus can provide scientific basis for the rational selection of planting areas.
