摘要
苏联解体30年间,欧亚跨境教育合作经历了一个探索、建构与相互交融的过程。在此过程中,跨境教育合作特征不断演化,体现为以制定合作制度框架为核心、将构建独联体统一教育空间作为优先方向、注重体制机制深化与合作模式创新三个历史阶段。借鉴劳瑞·德尔科的三因素分析框架,对其合作影响因素进行分析可以发现,地缘、政治、经济、社会文化等相互依赖的国家结构和区域结构、以“获益”为价值取向的精英偏好、基于思想规范和价值观等共有的区域认同是影响欧亚跨境教育合作的重要因素。
During the 30 years since the collapse of the Soviet Union,Eurasian crossborder educational cooperation has experienced a process of exploration,construction and mutual integration.In this process,the characteristics of cross-border education cooperation have been evolving,which is reflected in the three historical stages of formulating a cooperation institutional framework;building a unified educational space for the Commonwealth of Independent States as a priority;focusing on institutional deepening and cooperation model innovation.Reference to Laurie del three factor analysis framework,analyze the factors affecting its cooperation,think geographical,political,economic,social and cultural interdependence of countries such as structure and regional structure,in order to "benefit" as the value orientation of the elite preference,based on the ideas and values,and other areas of Shared identity is the important factors that affect the Eurasian cross-border education cooperation.
