When the city of Wuhan went into lockdown in January 2020,few could have predicted that lockdowns would still be a part of life in China in 2022.And yet,here we are.Lockdowns,quarantine,border closures and mass testing are still ubiquitous in China as the country continues to pursue'dynamic zero-COVID:seeking to cut off the spread of the virus rather than live with it.
