新型冠状病毒肺炎临时专科隔离病房重型患者内心感受质性研究

Qualitative study on the internal feelings of severe patients with COVID-19 who stayed in the temporary special isolation ward

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎临时专科隔离病房重型患者的真实内心感受,为今后突发公共卫生事件中对类似传染病患者进行心理护理干预提供借鉴。方法采用质性研究中Colaizzi现象学研究方法,对新型冠状病毒肺炎临时专科隔离病房的9例重型患者进行深入访谈。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎重型患者在疾病的不同阶段呈现出不同的心理特点,提炼出4个主题:否认与恐惧、失落与悲观、焦虑与希望、激动与感恩。结论护士需要拉近与新型冠状病毒肺炎重型患者心理上的距离,关注个别患者的特殊心理变化,加强护士的人文心理关怀知识储备与培训,有利于更好地完成突发公共卫生事件中相关传染病护理工作。

Objective To understand the true inner feelings of the severe patients with COVID-19 who stayed in the temporary special isolation ward,so as to provide reference for the psychological nursing intervention of the patients with similar infectious diseases in public health emergencies in the future.Methods ward were interviewed by Colaizzi phenomenology in a qualitative study.Results In accordance with different psychological features that displayed at different stages of severe COVID-19 patients,4 subjects were extracted:denial and fear,loss and sorrow,anxiety and hope,excitement and gratitude.Conclusion Efforts should be made on the part of nurses to close up the psychological distance in the patients with severe COVID-19,to watch the special psychological changes of individual severe COVID-19 patients,and to intensify the knowledge reserve and training concerning humanistic psychological care,so as to better complete the nursing work of related infectious diseases in public health emergencies.
