摘要
目的探讨任务驱动联合病例导入式教学法在胸腔积液教学中的应用效果。方法采用试验对照方法,选取在某战区总医院临床医学院学习的2017级、2018级临床医学五年制专业共67名学员作为研究对象。其中,2018级35名学员设为试验组,2017级32名学员设为对照组。试验组采取任务驱动联合病例导入式的教学方法,对照组采用传统讲授式联合病例讨论的教学方法。通过随堂测验及问卷调查比较2种教学法的效果。结果试验组测验成绩显著优于对照组[(85.91±7.20)分vs.(73.40±11.20)分,P<0.001]。教学评价指标中,2组各项指标比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论任务驱动联合病例导入式教学法能够激发学员的主动性,增强课程的趣味性和生动性,提升教学质量,得到学员的认可。
Objective To explore the effects of task-driven case introduction teaching method in the teaching of pleural effusion.Methods The experimental control method was used in the study.A total of 67 cadets majoring in clinical medicine in 2017and 2018 were enrolled as study subjects.Of all the cadets enrolled,35 from grade 2018 were designated as the experimental group,while the other 32 from grade 2017 were designated as the control group.The experimental group adopted the task-driven plus combined-case introduction teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional lecture-based combined-case discussion teaching method.The effects of the two teaching methods were compared by class tests and questionnaire.Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(85.91±7.20 vs.73.40±11.20,P<0.001).From the standpoint of teaching evaluation indexes,there was statistical significance,when comparisons were made between the two groups.Conclusion The task-driven case introduction teaching method could arouse the learning initiative of cadets,enhance their interest and heighten vividness of the courses,and improve the teaching quality.Therefore,it was well received by cadets.
