海军某医院门诊膝关节疼痛性疾病调查分析

Investigation and analysis of painful diseases of knee joints in a certain Navy hospital

目的分析海军某医院门诊就诊的部队官兵膝关节疼痛性疾病的诊治情况,并提出防治策略,为今后进一步提高军队医院为军服务质量提供理论依据和科学指导。方法收集海军某医院门诊信息管理系统中2019年1月1日至2020年12月30日因膝关节疼痛就诊的部队官兵病历资料,对其年龄、性别、职别、发病季节、就诊科室、手术情况进行统计分析。结果因膝关节疼痛性疾病就诊的部队官兵共4467例,就诊时间主要为11、12月份。按照人员分类统计,战士占比最高,年龄多集中于21~30岁。就诊科室主要集中于军人保健科,其次为骨关节科。治疗方式主要为药物治疗,经历过手术的官兵仅有20例(0.45%)。结论预防和减少部队官兵膝关节疼痛的发生率是军事训练与医疗保障的工作重点,应根据就诊官兵膝关节疼痛的规律和特点进行针对性防控,为进一步提高为军服务能力提供理论依据。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of painful diseases of knee joints among military personnel in a certain navy hospital,and puts forward related prevention and treatment strategies,so as to provide theoretical basis and scientific guidance for further improvement of medical service quality in military hospitals.Methods Medical history data of the patients who sought medical care due to knee joint pain in the military personnel from January 1,2019 to December 30,2020 were collected from the information management system of a certain navy hospital,and statistical analyses were made on age,gender,profession,onset season,visits of medical departments and surgeries.Results There were a total of 4467 patients treated due to painful diseases of knee joints,with patient visiting time mostly in November and December.According to personnel classification and statistical analysis,soldiers account for the highest proportion and mostly they were between 21 and 30 years old.Visits of clinical departments were mainly in the health care department,followed by the joint orthopedics department.The treatment methods were mainly drug therapy,and there were only 20 patients(0.45%)who underwent surgery.Conclusion The prevention and reduction of the incidence of knee joint pain among military personnel is the focus of medical support during military training.Targeted prevention and control measures should be taken according to the regularity and characteristics of knee joint pain among military personnel,so as to provide theoretical evidence for further improvement of medical service to the military.
