连续固定责任班护理排班模式对干部病房护理质量及患者满意度的影响

Effects of continuous fixed duty nursing scheduling mode on nursing quality and satisfaction of patients in the cadre ward

目的探讨连续固定责任班护理排班模式对干部病房护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法采用自身前后对照的研究设计,以解放军总医院第六医学中心干部病房护理团队为研究对象,观察2021年1-6月实施连续固定责任班护理排班模式后干部病房护理工作质量及患者满意度,并与2020年6-11月实施连续固定责任班护理排班模式前进行比较。结果实施连续固定责任班护理排班模式后,急救物品管理、责任制整体护理、护理文书质量、专科护理质量评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者在服务态度、询问病情及协助日常生活护理、介绍注意事项及康复护理知识、关心安慰患者心理方面的满意度均较实施前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续固定责任班护理排班模式有助于提高干部病房住院患者护理质量及患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of continuous fixed duty nursing scheduling mode on nursing quality and satisfaction of patients in the cadre ward.Methods The nursing team of the cadre ward of the hospital was enrolled as the research subject,and the nursing quality before and after the implementation of the new nursing scheduling mode was compared.The quality of nursing and patient satisfaction in the ward after implementation of the continuous fixed duty nursing scheduling model from January to June,2021 were closely observed and was compared with that before the implementation of the mode from June to November,2020.Results After implementation of the continuous fixed duty nursing scheduling mode,the management of first aid items,responsible nursing,the quality of nursing documents and professional nursing was significantly improved as compared with those before the implementation of the new nursing mode(P<0.05).The rates of satisfaction in service attitude,inquiry of patients’conditions and assistance of daily life activities,matters or precautions requiring attention and nursing knowledge,psychological comfort were significantly improved than those before implementation of the new nursing mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous fixed duty nursing scheduling mode is beneficial to the obvious improvement of nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
