中频脉冲治疗配合虚拟情景模拟训练对肩周炎患者日常活动能力和活动度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨中频脉冲治疗配合虚拟情景模拟训练对肩周炎患者日常活动能力和活动度的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年1月三亚市人民医院收治的106例肩周炎患者作为研究对象。依据简单随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各53例。2组均采用虚拟情景模拟训练,对照组在此基础上添加常规西药治疗,试验组添加中频脉冲治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、日常活动能力、疼痛评分、肩关节功能及活动度的差异。结果试验组治疗总有效率(84.91%)显著高于对照组(60.38%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者日常活动能力、疼痛及Melle评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者日常活动能力评分均上升且试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛及Melle评分均降低且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者肩关节活动度(前屈、外展、内旋、外旋)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者前屈、外展、内旋、外旋角度均增加且试验组显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肩周炎患者采用中频脉冲治疗配合虚拟情景模拟训练可改善日常活动能力及活动度,降低疼痛感,促进肩关节功能恢复。 Objective To investigate the effects of intermediate frequency pulse therapy combined with virtual reality simulation training on the daily life ability and range of activities in the patients with periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 106 patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in the hospital from March 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research subjects.According to the simple random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,each consisting of 53 patients.Both groups were treated with virtual reality simulation training,with the control group additionally treated with conventional western medicine and the experimental group supple mentally treated with intermediate frequency pulse.The clinical efficacy,daily life ability,pain scores and differences in shoulder function and range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group(84.91%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.38%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in daily life ability,pain and Melle scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the daily life ability of the two groups all improved,with the experimental group being significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain and Melle scores all decreased,with those of the experimental group being significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the range of motion(forward flexion,abduction,internal rotation,and external rotation)in the shoulder joint,when comparisons were made between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the angles of forward flexion,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation all increased in the two groups,with the experimental group being significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermediate frequency pulse therapy combined with virtual reality simulation training in treatment of the patients with periarthritis of shoulder could improve their daily life ability and range of motion,reduce pain,and promote recovery of shoulder joint function.
