龙骨牡蛎粉联合康惠尔泡沫敷料在失禁性皮炎中的应用

Application of keel oyster powder combined with Cornell foam dressing in incontinence dermatitis

目的探讨龙骨牡蛎粉联合康惠尔泡沫敷料在失禁性皮炎(incontinence-associated dermatitis,IAD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月就诊于如皋市中医院ICU的120例失禁性皮炎患者作为研究对象,将2018年1月至2019年6月就诊的60例患者作为对照组,采用常规护理;将2019年7月至2021年1月就诊的60例患者作为观察组,进行龙骨牡蛎粉联合康惠尔泡沫敷料干预,2组均跟踪随访10 d。比较2组患者皮肤症状改善时间、临床疗效、护理操作时间、舒适度。结果观察组患者皮损愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间、护理时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为98.33%(59/60),高于对照组的86.67%(52/60),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生理舒适度、心理舒适度及改良舒适度量表总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙骨牡蛎粉联合康惠尔泡沫敷料用于IAD患者,可促进皮损愈合,缩短疼痛持续时间,减少护理人员操作时间,改善临床疗效,提升患者生理及心理舒适度。

Objective To investigate the effects of keel oyster powder combined with Cornell foam dressing in the patients with incontinence dermatitis.Methods 120 patients with incontinence dermatitis who sought medical care in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as research subjects.Sixty patients treated from January 2018 to June 2019 were designated as the control group,while another 60 patients treated from July 2019 to January 2021 were designated as the observation groups.The former received routine nursing,while the latter received keel oyster powder combined with Cornell foam dressing intervention.All the patients had medical follow-ups for 10 days.The time taken for skin symptom improvement,clinical efficacy,nursing manipulation time,comfort and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results Healing time of the patients’skin lesions,pain relief time and nursing time of the observation group were all less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency rate of the observation group was 98.33%(59/60),which was higher than 86.67%(52/60)of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total scores of physical comfort,mental comfort and the scores of modified comfort scale in the patients of the observation group were all higher than those in the patients of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Keel oyster powder combined with the Cornell foam dressing in treatment of IAD patients could promote healing of skin lesions,shorten duration of pain,reduce manipulation time of caregivers,improve clinical efficacy,and promote physical and mental comfort of the patients.
