摘要
针对产品变型设计中零/部件之间依赖关系复杂和知识重用效率低等问题,提出了支持产品变型设计的生成式参数化设计方法。该方法在分析产品变型设计自身特点以及与其设计过程之间关系的基础上,将产品划分为功能相对独立的一系列设计区域,并通过构建骨架模型管理各设计区域的关联关系,实现了装配结构与各设计区域建模结构的分离;针对各设计区域建立了设计元素库,并给出了基于知识的设计元素建模方法和流程,将设计知识、经验等融入到设计元素中;以骨架模型为配置参考,通过设计元素的替换、参数变更等操作实现了知识辅助的产品自动变型设计。最后以Inventor三维建模软件为平台,以自行车曲柄为具体设计实例,展示了产品变型设计过程,证明了所提方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problems of complex dependencies between components and low design knowledge reuse in product variant design, a generative parametric design approach that supports product variant design was proposed.By analyzing the feature of variant design and the relationship between it and design process, a product is divided into a series of design zones with relatively independent functions.A design skeleton model was developed for managing the coupling relationships between design zones, resulting in separation configuration structure from modeling structure.For each design zone, a design element library was established through the usage of knowledge-based modeling process, in which each design element is enriched with design knowledge and designers′ experience.Taking the skeleton model as the configuration reference, product variant design was carried out automatically by either replacing the design elements or modifying the parameters on design elements and skeleton model.Finally, using Inventor software as the technology platform, the proposed approach was demonstrated by taking bicycle crank as a specific design example.The result shows that the approach is effective in product variant design.
