摘要
为研究钎焊金刚石锯片自动化切割铸造不锈钢的性能,用30/35目和40/45目两种粒度的金刚石锯片在数控铣床上进行了切割试验。用红外热像仪、多通道振动控制及测量系统同时对切割过程中的切割温度与振动信号进行采集与分析;用扫描电镜对切割过程中的磨粒磨损形貌进行观察;用表面粗糙度测量仪分别测量30/35目和40/45目两种粒度的钎焊金刚石锯片切割后试样的表面质量。结果表明,两种粒度钎焊金刚石锯片湿式切割不锈钢均获得了较好的加工表面质量,30/35目比40/45目钎焊金刚石锯片切割温度低、振动幅度小。
To study the performance of automatic cutting cast stainless steel with brazed diamond saw blades,a cutting test was conduced on CNC milling machines with 30/35 and 40/45 mesh diamond saw blades.The cutting temperature and vibration signal in the cutting process were synchronously collected and analyzed by infrared thermograph and multi-channel vibration control and measurement system;the wear morphology of diamond abrasive grains during the cutting was observed by SEM;and the surface quality of the test sample cut by the diamond saw blade of 30/35 and 40/45 was measured with surfagauge,respectively.The results show that a good processing surface quality was obtained whether using 30/35 or 40/45 mesh brazed diamond saw blades,and the cutting temperature and vibration amplitude of the 30/35 mesh saw blade were all lower than that of 40/45 mesh saw blades.
