茯苓是中医临床常用药物之一,具有利水渗湿、健脾宁心等功效,在肿瘤、妇科疾病、水肿等疾病治疗中成效显著。茯苓有效成分主要为茯苓多糖和三萜类物质,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、调节免疫等多种作用,但具体作用机制较为复杂,可能涉及多靶点、多作用通路。本文主要对茯苓的临床应用和作用机制作一综述,旨在为临床应用和茯苓研究提供参考依据。

Poria cocos is one of the commonly used drugs in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effect of promoting diuresis to drain dampness,invigorating spleen and calming heart.It has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of tumors,gynecological diseases,edema and other diseases.The effective components of Poria cocos are mainly Poria cocos polysaccharides and triterpenoids,which have many effects such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and immune regulation.However,the specific mechanism of action is more complicated,which may involve multiple targets and multiple pathways.This article reviews the clinical application and mechanism of Poria,in order to provide reference for clinical application and Poria research.
