3例酮咯酸氨丁三醇严重不良反应分析并防范措施和处置原则讨论

Analysis of 3 cases of Serious Adverse Reactions of Ketorolac Tromethamine and Discussion of Preventive Measures and Treatment Principles

目的:探讨酮咯酸氨丁三醇发生严重不良反应的风险点,以期降低不良反应及病情恶化的发生率。方法:对日照市人民医院2020年6月—2021年12月上报的酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液发生的严重不良反应进行病例分析,提取风险信号。结果:酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液发生严重不良反应的风险点有超疗程给药;眼睑水肿、过敏反应等处理不及时会引起病情恶化。结论:临床应严格按小于5天的疗程使用酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液;一旦出现眼睑水肿、过敏反应等应及时用糖皮质激素类及抗组胺药物处理,以降低该药严重不良反应及病情恶化的发生率。

Objective:To investigate the risk points of serious adverse reactions of ketorolac tromethamine in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and disease progression.Methods:The serious adverse reactions of ketorolac tromethamine injection reported in Rizhao People’s Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were analyzed,and the risk signals were extracted.Results:The risk of serious adverse reactions of ketorolac tromethamine injection was over-treatment.Eyelid edema,allergic reaction and other treatment was not timely will cause disease deterioration.Conclusion:Ketorolac ambutritol injection should be used strictly according to the treatment course of less than 5 days.In case of eyelid edema and allergic reaction,glucocorticoids and antihistamines should be used in time to reduce the incidence of serious adverse reactions and deterioration of the condition.
