基于天人阴阳应象的标本根结体系理论考证

Theoretical research of the theoretical system of biao-ben and gen-jie based on the correspondence of yin and yang between heaven and human

标本根结理论是古人将自然界树木结构取象比类地引入对人体结构的认识中,直指“天人合一”思想。从字义考证结合《黄帝内经》所论标本根结部位提取对比,发现标、本、根、结有明显的层次区别:就根和本而论,根较之本所处更加底层;就标与结而论,标较之结更具离散之象。以《灵枢》的《根结》《卫气》两篇相关论述为中心,外拓考察相关篇章,知根结与标本相关理论有合于营阴或卫阳的偏重,或是针灸常用“原络配穴”和“原合配穴”的理论基础。同时《根结》所论“足六经根结”与“六阳经根溜注入”也体现出偏重结构或功能的区别,并和“天牖五部”系联,合于《终始》脉诊。在综合整体视角下,标本与根结又是统一的有机系统,二者如在脏腑之气血和在经脉之营卫,又如中医之阴阳,不可分割,共生互济。

The theory of biao-ben and gen-jie is that the ancient people introduced the natural tree structure into the understanding of human body structure by comparing the image with the earth, which fully embodies the idea of the unity of man and nature. Based on the textual research of characters and the comparison of the meridians and collaterals of biao-ben and gen-jie discussed in Huangdi Neijing, it is found that there are obvious hierarchical differences in the body parts of biao, ben, gen and jie.As far as mark and junction are concerned, the mark is more discrete in trend than the junction. Centered on the relevant discussion context of Genjie and Weiqi in Huangdi Neijing, it is known that the theories related to biao-ben and gen-jie are more suitable for yingyin or weiyang, or the theoretical basis of ‘yuan-luo acupoint matching’ and ‘yuan-he acupoint matching’ commonly used in acupuncture and moxibustion. At the same time, the ‘yin meridian gen-jie’ and ‘yang meridian root slip injection’ in Genjie also reflect the difference between the emphasis on the structure or function. And it is connected with ‘Tian Fu Wu Bu’, which is in line with the pulse diagnosis of Shizhong. From a comprehensive perspective, biao-ben and gen-jie are a unified organic system. They are inseparable and mutually reinforcing, just like the qi and blood in the zang-fu organs and the ying and wei in the meridians, or the yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine.
