从肾-脑-骨生物轴探讨老年性骨质疏松症海马-下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴失衡的神经内分泌机制 被引量:6

摘要 肾-脑-骨生物轴是对中医肾脑相关理论及“肾主骨”理论内涵的高度概括与整合,指出肾、脑、骨三者之间相互联系、相互影响,且髓是沟通三者的物质基础。老年性骨质疏松症归属于中医“骨枯”“骨痿”范畴,是肾-脑-骨生物轴中“骨”病变的体现。研究证实,海马不仅与衰老密切相关,同时是下丘脑-垂体-性腺(HPG)轴的高级调控中枢,提示海马-HPG轴失衡可能是老年骨质疏松发生的重要机制。因此,文章基于肾-脑-骨生物轴,探讨老年性骨质疏松症海马-HPG轴失衡的神经内分泌机制,并提出补肾填精是维持肾-脑-骨轴生理功能及纠正该轴失衡的根本要法,可能在防治老年性骨质疏松症中具有良好的应用前景。 The kidney-brain-bone biological axis is a high-level summary and integration of kidney and brain correlation theory and the theoretical connotation of ‘kidney governs bone’ in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). It points out that the kidney, brain and bone are related to and influence each other, and the marrow is the material basis for communication among the three. Senile osteoporosis belongs to the categories of ‘bone dryness’ and ‘bone atrophy’ in TCM, and is a manifestation of ‘bone’ lesions in the kidney-brain-bone biological axis. Studies have confirmed that the hippocampus is not only closely related to aging, but also the advanced regulation center of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad(HPG) axis, suggesting that the hippocampusHPG axis imbalance may be an important mechanism for the occurrence of senile osteoporosis. Therefore, based on the kidneybrain-bone biological axis, this article explores the neuroendocrine mechanism of the hippocampus-HPG axis imbalance in senile osteoporosis, and proposes that nourishing the kidney and filling the essence is the fundamental requirement for maintaining the physiological function of the kidney-brain-bone axis and correcting the axis imbalance. The method may have a good application prospect in the prevention and treatment of senile osteoporosis.
