从“人体失和-癌毒传舍”探讨结直肠癌肝转移各阶段辨治思路

Analysis on the syndrome differentiation and treatment in different stages of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer through ‘internal organs disharmony-cancer toxin invasion and metastasis’

结直肠癌肝转移是临床治疗的重点和难点,随着规范的综合治疗方案已广泛应用于临床,较高的术后复发率及患者无法耐受的不良反应也日益突出。中医药在增效减毒、提高患者生活质量等方面有诸多优势,对现代医学规范治疗是一种较好的支持和补充。文章以结直肠癌肝转移不同治疗阶段的临床问题为切入点,结合“人体失和-癌毒传舍”理论,初步探索西医治疗各阶段中医证型及相应的方药,形成“和”则积自除的证治思路。

Liver metastasis of colorectal cancer(LMCC) is the focus and difficulty of clinical treatment. With the standardized comprehensive treatment has been widely used in clinic, the higher postoperative recurrence rate and the unbearable side effects of the patients are also becoming more and more prominent. Chinese medicine and pharmacy occupy advantages covering increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity, improving the quality of life, and so on. Taking the clinical problems in different treatment stages of LMCC as the breakthrough points, the Chinese medicine syndromes and correspondent Chinese medicine recipes and herbs were preliminarily studied by combining ‘internal organs disharmony’ and ‘cancer toxin invasion and metastasis’, forming the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment that ‘harmony’ is self-defeating.
