出生时干支运气与食管癌罹患的关联性研究

Study on the correlation between Ganzhi Yunqi of birth and the risk of esophageal cancer

目的:探讨食管癌罹患与出生时干支运气的关联性。方法:基于2003年1月1日至2012年12月31日北京市肿瘤登记中心10 773例食管癌发病资料,以同期北京中医药大学东直门医院49 909例非肿瘤病案为对照,对出生日期进行干支转化,推算出生日期所属运气时段。用卡方检验比较食管癌患者人数在不同运气时段的分布,用无序多分类自变量的二分类Logistic回归,评估出生时干支运气与罹患食管癌的关系。结果:食管癌罹患与出生之年天干、主气有关联,与癸年比较,出生在丁年(少角)罹患食管癌风险增加(95%CI[1.041,1.267],P=0.006);与终之气(太阳寒水)比较,出生于初之气(厥阴风木)罹患食管癌风险增加(95%CI[1.004,1.169],P=0.040)。结论:出生时干支运气与食管癌罹患相关,木运不及年和主气厥阴风木是食管癌罹患的危险因素。

Objective: To investigate whether the incidence of esophageal cancer is related to the Ganzhi Yunqi of birth.Methods: Based on the data of 10 773 cases of esophageal cancer in Beijing Cancer Registry from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2012, 49 909 cases of non-tumor cases in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were compared.We extracted the date of birth of the patient, and transformed it into Heavenly stem and Terrestrial branch. Based on the theory of Yunqi, calculated the Yunqi period to which the date of birth belongs. Chi-square test was used to compare distribution of patients in different Yunqi periods;Logistic regression of disordered and multivariate independent variables was used to assess the relationship between the Yunqi of birth and esophageal cancer. Results: The risk of suffering from esophageal cancer was related to the year of birth and the host climatic qi. Compared with the Gui year, birth in the Ding year can increase the risk of esophageal cancer(95%CI[1.041, 1.267], P=0.006);Compared with the 6th qi, birth in the 1th qi can increase the risk of esophageal cancer(95%CI[1.004, 1.169], P=0.040). Conclusion: The results of the current study show a trend in the association of esophageal cancer with Yunqi of birth. Ding year and Jueyin Fengmu is the risk factors of esophageal cancer.
