小儿推拿复式手法“猿猴摘果”源流考

Research on the origin and evolution of compound manipulation called ‘Yuan Hou Zhai Guo’ in infantile massage

“猿猴摘果”是小儿推拿临床及研究常用的复式手法,也是小儿推拿独有的特定手法,因其在祛痰、消食、定惊悸、除寒热等方面疗效颇为显著,被广泛应用于治疗小儿脾胃、肝系疾病。文献研究发现,历代医家对于“猿猴摘果”的操作部位、操作方法、功效、主治等方面的论述具有较大差异,现今不同地域、流派对该手法的认识和应用也存在诸多分歧。文章通过对不同时期的小儿推拿经典著作中“猿猴摘果”法的有关论述进行梳理、对比,力求能够较为全面地展现此手法的理论根源和演变轨迹,为小儿推拿手法的规范化提供一定的借鉴,从而更好地服务于科研和临床。

‘Yuan Hou Zhai Guo’(manipulation of ape picking fruits), is a group of compound manipulations in infantile massage, is commonly used in clinical and research, and it is also a unique technique to infantile massage. Because of its remarkable effect in eliminating phlegm, helping to digest food, calming mind, removing cold and heat, it is widely used in the treatment of children’s spleen, stomach and liver diseases. It is found in the literature research that there are great differences in the operation position, operation method, efficacy, indications and other aspects of ‘Yuan Hou Zhai Guo’, among doctors’ writings from different generations. And there are many differences in the understanding and application of this manipulation in different regions and schools. In this paper, by sorting classic works of infantile massage in different periods, try to show the theoretical source and evolution track of this manipulation comprehensively. It can provide some reference for the standardization of infantile massage, so as to better serve scientific research and clinical practice.
