中国音乐疗法的历史沿革及前景展望

Historical evolution and prospect of Chinese music therapy

中国音乐疗法是指以中医学、传统音乐学及中医心理学相互结合、交叉渗透而成的一种治疗方法。中国音乐疗法存在时间久远,笔者通过研究历代音乐疗法文献以及对“乐”“药”“疗”的考证,阐述中国音乐疗法的起源,总结出中国音乐疗法的发展脉络,补充现存文献里中国音乐疗法的典型医案,最后对中国音乐疗法的前景和未来的发展趋势进行了展望。通过对文献里中国音乐疗法的考证,促进中国音乐疗法的理论和实践的进一步发展。

Chinese music therapy refers to a therapeutic method that combines and penetrates traditional Chinese medicine, traditional musicology and Chinese medicine psychology. Chinese music therapy has existed for a long time. Through the study of music therapy literature in past dynasties and the textual research on ‘music’ ‘medicine’ and ‘therapy’, this paper expounds the origin of Chinese music therapy, summarizes the development context of Chinese music therapy, and supplements the existing literature on typical medical case of Chinese music therapy, and finally the prospect and future development trend of Chinese music therapy are prospected. Through the textual research of Chinese music therapy in the literature, the further development of the theory and practice of Chinese music therapy will be promoted.
