从精神嬗变角度分析食药同源本草描述的变迁

Analysis of the changes of description of food and drug homologous herbs from the perspective of psychical transmutation

文章从精神生活和物质生活的互动角度分析了食药同源本草描述的变迁历程及与食药健康行为的关系,认为当下存在着诸多食药相关学科之间视野融合不足、人们对食药的认知和运用常是片面或矛盾的等现象,这与食药行为相关健康问题密切相关,而《神农本草经》等传统本草经典对食药同源本草的描述方式具有与人自身是一个整体相一致的整体性,这种立足于人整体的本草文本是形成健康食药行为的有力精神向导,其语言蕴含着在食药行为方面实现中医天人合一理念、治未病理想的历史智慧,也能启迪当下。

From the perspective of interaction between spiritual life and material life, this paper analyzes the change process of the description of food and drug homologous herbs and its relationship with them using behavior health. It is considered that there are some phenomena such as insufficient fusion of horizons among various food and drug related disciplines. people’s cognition and application of food and drug are often one-sided or paradoxical, which are closely related to food and drug using behavior health problems. However, the description of traditional herbal classics such as Sheng Nong’s Herbal Classic on the food and drug homologous herbs is integrity which consistent with the people as a whole existing. The herbal text based on the people as a whole existing is the great spiritual guide to form healthy food and drug using behavior. Its language contains the historical wisdom of realizing the harmony of nature and human, and the ideal of preventing diseases in TCM in terms of food and drug using behavior, also enlightening the present.
