我国医疗联合体财务管理热点和趋势研究

Research on Hot Spots and Trends of Financial Management of Medical Consortium in China

目的研究我国医疗联合体财务管理热点和发展趋势。方法检索万方、CNKI、维普等数据库,分析文献发表时间、来源期刊等,运用Citespace软件绘制知识图谱,对作者、研究机构和关键词等进行可视化分析。结果最终筛选出与医疗联合体财务管理相关的文献171篇,2009—2022年相关文献累积量呈增长趋势,其中2019年达到高峰,但有关对医联体财务管理研究未形成稳定的合作机构群,研究点分散且较宽泛。结论目前对医联体财务管理的实证研究依然不足,应加强研究和探索,为全面构建医联体提供科学决策和依据。

Objective:To study the hot spots and development trends of financial management of medical consortium in China.Method:Databases such as Wanfang,CNKI and VIP were retrieved to analyze the publication time of the literature and the source journals.Citespace software was used to draw the knowledge map and visually analyze the authors,research institutions and keywords.Result:171 papers related to the financial management of medical consortium were finally screened.The cumulative amount of relevant literatures showed an increasing trend from 2009 to 2022,and reached a peak in 2019.However,the research on the financial management of medical consortium did not form a stable cooperative institution group,and the research points were scattered and broad.Conclusion:At present,the empirical research on the financial management of medical consortium is still insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research and exploration so as to provide scientific decision-making and basis for the comprehensive construction of medical consortium.
