公立医院纪委监督工作存在问题及对策分析

公立医院的党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争一直是群众所关注的焦点,医院纪委作为具体履行这一职责的部门,其监督工作成效的高低影响医院全局的发展。当前,公立医院纪委部门在承担监督职能时还存在思想认识转型难、监督力量单薄、监督内容模糊、监督手段乏力、人员在专业能力和管理上受限等问题。正视问题并强化医院纪委监督职责,需要从提高政治站位、建立协同机制、规范工作流程、强化日常监督、创新专项监督、加强队伍建设等方面进行实践和探索。

The construction of Party conduct,clean government and the fighting against corruption in public hospitals have always been the focus of attention of the public.The hospital discipline inspection commission,as a department specifically performing this responsibility,affects the overall development of the hospital.At present,when the discipline inspection commission of public hospitals undertakes the supervision,there are still some problems,such as difficulty in ideological transformation,weak supervision power,vague supervision content,weak supervision means,and limited professional ability and management of personnel.To face up to the problem and strengthen the supervision responsibility of the hospital discipline inspection commission,it is necessary to improve the political position,establish the coordination mechanism,standardize the work process,strengthen the daily supervision,innovate the special supervision,and strengthen the team construction and other aspects of practice and exploration.
