以创建“党员示范岗”为抓手促进党建业务融合提升

Promoting the Integration and Improvement of Party Building by Creating“Demonstration Post of the Party Members”

复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院党委自2015年起开展“党员示范岗”创建活动,经过7年的实践,已成为医院党建工作与业务工作融合提升的重要抓手,并取得了较为理想的成效。本文主要对医院党委开展“党员示范岗”创建活动的经验进行分析和提炼,总结医院党委是如何以创建“党员示范岗”为抓手促进党建业务融合提升。

Since 2015,the Party Committee of Eye&ENT Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University has carried out the activity of“Demonstration Post of Party Members”.After 7 years of practice,it has become an important starting point for the integration and promotion of Party building and business work in the hospital,which has achieved relatively ideal results.The authors mainly analyze and condense the experience of the hospital Party committee in the establishment of“demonstration post of Party members”,and summarize how the hospital Party committee takes the creation of“demonstration post of Party members”as the starting point to promote the integration and promotion of Party construction business.
