污泥-核桃壳复合活性炭制备及其吸附性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 剩余污泥有机物含量丰富且含病原体和细菌,不妥善处理将会对环境造成污染,采取合理方式对污泥进行处理、处置可以实现污泥资源化利用。采用氯化锌活化法,将市政污水处理后的剩余污泥与核桃壳混合,制备剩余污泥-核桃壳复合活性炭。采用单因素实验,对比亚甲基蓝的吸附值,探究活化温度、活化时间、活化剂浓度、浸渍比以及原料配比等因素对剩余污泥-核桃壳复合活性炭吸附性能的影响,确定最佳制备条件。结果表明,活化温度为450℃,活化时间为60 min,活化剂浓度为5mol/L,浸渍比为1∶1.5,核桃壳添加比为20%。在此条件下,活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值最高,活性炭吸附性能最好。 The environment can get polluted when the excess sludge is not handled properly,which is rich in organic matter and contains pathogens and bacteria.Reasonable treatment and disposal of sludge can realize sludge resource utilization.In this paper,the sludge-walnut shell composite activated carbon was prepared by the excess sludge mixed with the walnut shell by chemical activation using zinc.Single factor experiment was conducted to determine the optimal preparation conditionsthe by the adsorption value of methylene blue,such as activation temperature,activation time,activator concentration impregnation ratio,impregnation ratio and raw material ratio.The results showed that the activation temperature wss 450℃,the activation time was 60 min,the activator concentration was 5 mol/L,the impregnation ratio was 1:1.5,and the walnut shell addition ratio was 20%,methylene blue had the highest adsorption value,the activated carbon adsorption performance was the best.
