摘要
建立高效液相色谱法快速测定环境空气中13种醛酮类化合物的方法。采集环境空气中醛酮类化合物,与2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)反应生成腙类衍生物。选用Navigatorsil-C18色谱柱(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm)为分离柱,以水-乙腈-四氢呋喃为流动相,梯度洗脱,流量为1.2 mL/min和1.6 mL/min,柱温40℃,进样体积5μL,紫外检测器,检测波长360 nm,13种醛酮类化合物的质量浓度在0.04μg/mL~0.30μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,采样体积为0.05 m^(3)时,方法检出限为0.16μg/m^(3)~0.47μg/m^(3),空白样品加标回收率在83.7%~109%,相对偏差在1.5%~9.0%(n=6)。该方法分析速度快,准确度和灵敏度高,精密度好,适用于环境空气中醛酮类化合物的快速测定。
A method for the rapid determination of 13 aldehydes and ketones in ambient air by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Aldehydes and ketones in ambient air were collected and reacted with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)to form hydrazone derivatives.Navigatorsil-C18 column(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm)was used as the separation column,water and acetonitrile solution were used as mobile phase with gradient elution,flow rate was 1.2 mL/min and 1.6 mL/min,column temperature was 40℃,injection volume was 5μl,and detection wavelength was 360 nm.The mass concentration of 13 aldehydes and ketones had a good linear relationships with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.04μg/mL~0.30μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were all not less than 0.999,and the detection limits were 0.16μg/m^(3)~0.47μg/m^(3) when the sample volume was 0.05 m^(3).The recoveries rate of standard addition in blank sampling were 83.7%~109%,and the relative standard deviations of determination results were 1.5%~9.0%(n=6).The method is sensitive,precise,rapid,accurate and efficient,which is suitable for the rapid determination of aldehydes and ketones in ambient air.
