摘要
我国优质炼焦煤资源日益短缺,是未来制约焦化行业发展的主要因素。为了节约优质炼焦煤资源、降低企业成本,扩大炼焦煤种是可行且有效的方法之一。我国的不黏煤具有低灰低硫特点,并且储量丰富,具有配煤潜力,对综合利用煤炭资源影响重大。由于配入低阶煤会影响焦炭的冷态强度和热态性能,因此,配煤炼焦过程中选取合理比例,不但可以扩大炼焦煤资源,还可降低了生产成本。通过低阶煤镜质组对气煤、肥煤、焦煤等常规炼焦煤的影响进行研究,结果表明,当低阶煤镜质组比例增加时,气煤、肥煤、焦煤塑性、胶质体的流动性、膨胀性和黏结力指数下降。
The shortage of high-quality coking coal resources in China is the main factor restricting the development of coking industry in the future.In order to save high-quality coking coal resources and reduce enterprise costs,expanding coking coal is one of the feasible and effective methods.The non caking coal in China has the characteristics of low ash and low sulfur,and is rich in reserves,with potential for coal blending,which has a significant impact on the comprehensive utilization of coal resources.As the blending of low-grade coal will affect the cold strength and hot performance of coke,selecting a reasonable proportion in the coking process of coal blending can not only expand coking coal resources,but also reduce production costs.The influence of low rank coal vitrinite on gas coal,fat coal,coking coal and other conventional coking coal is studied.The results show that when the proportion of low rank coal vitrinite increases,the plasticity of gas coal,fat coal,coking coal,the fluidity,expansibility and cohesion index of colloid decrease.
