摘要 回采巷道掘进过程中揭露的旧巷内有大量有毒有害气体,若贸然揭露旧巷可能会出现瓦斯涌出异常、突水等问题,从而给巷道掘进安全带来威胁。以锦瑞煤业8102回风顺槽揭露连续旧巷为工程背景,在分析掘进巷道与旧巷间位置关系基础上,对巷道掘进过旧巷技术方案以及通风方案等进行设计。现场应用后,回风顺槽在掘进过旧巷期间未出现瓦斯涌出异常、突水以及巷道围岩失稳等不良情况,为巷道过旧巷安全创造了良好条件。 There are a large number of toxic and harmful gases in the old roadway exposed during the mining roadway excavation.If the old roadway is exposed rashly,problems such as abnormal gas emission and water inrush may occur,which will pose a threat to the roadway excavation safety.Taking the 8102 return air gateway of Jinrui Coal Industry as the engineering background,based on the analysis of the location relationship between the driving roadway and the old roadway,the technical scheme and ventilation scheme of the roadway driving through the old roadway are designed.After field application,no abnormal gas emission,water inrush,instability of roadway surrounding rock and other adverse conditions occurred during the excavation of the return air gateway through the old roadway,creating a good condition for the safety of the roadway through the old roadway.
