井下回采工作面顶板突水点帷幕注浆堵水技术研究

摘要 为确保3601综采工作面回采安全避免顶板突水事故发生,针对临近小煤窑采空区积水与采面顶板含水层连通情况,提出采用帷幕注浆方式对导水通道进行封堵。依据现场实际条件,对帷幕注浆钻孔布置方案、注浆工艺等进行阐述。现场应用后,采面涌水量降低至20 m3/h以内,同时临近小煤窑采空区积水高度保持稳定,取得较好的堵水效果。 In order to ensure the mining safety of 3601 fully mechanized mining face and avoid the occurrence of roof water inrush accident,curtain grouting is proposed to block the water diversion channel in view of the connection between the ponding in the goaf near the small coal mine and the roof aquifer of the mining face.According to the actual conditions on site,the layout plan of curtain grouting boreholes and grouting technology are described.After field application,the water inflow of the mining face is reduced to less than 20 m3/h,and the water accumulation height in the goaf adjacent to the small coal mine remains stable,achieving good water plugging effect.
