This paper analyzes and studies how to realize zero leakage of steam vent instrument control valve in a nitrophosphate fertilizer plant.Analyze the cause from the angle of valve selection and structure,study and formulate the scheme to realize zero leakage of control valve,and conduct detailed selection and calculation of control valve.The scheme has been successfully verified in the production field.
