摘要 随着天然气工业的飞速发展,工业天然气事故时有发生,一旦发生泄漏或爆炸会造成巨大的经济及人员损失.因此对天然气危险源头进行评估研究十分必要。利用模糊层次分析从HAZOP和HAZID中提取火灾、爆炸和有毒气体释放的危险源进行分析,利用MATLAB软件进行模糊危险源评估。采用模糊层次分析法,在一个框架内总结出每个基本危险项目(BRI)的权重,并采用高期望、良好、中等、不期望和高度不期望五种状态标准确定模糊危险等级。最终危险评分为0.1492,危险水平处于有利区域。最高危险分数与明火项目的动火作业相关,危险分数为0.2485。 With the rapid development of the natural gas industry,industrial natural gas accidents occur from time to time.Once leakage or explosion occurs,it will cause huge economic and personnel losses.Therefore,it is very necessary to evaluate and study the natural gas hazard source.The hazard sources of fire,explosion and toxic gas release are extracted from HAZOP and HAZID by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for analysis,and the fuzzy hazard source assessment is conducted by using MATLAB software.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to summarize the weight of each basic hazard item(BRI)within a framework,and the fuzzy hazard level is determined by using five state criteria:high expectation,good,medium,unexpected and highly unexpected.The final risk score was 0.1492,and the risk level was in a favorable area.The highest risk score is related to hot work in open fire projects,with a risk score of 0.2485.
