On the Management of Chemical Inspection and Analysis Instruments

化工检测分析仪器不仅是化工企业开展科研活动和服务社会的基础和重要支撑,同时也是企业进行正常工业生产的基础。近些年来,随着我国经济的发展,我国化工企业为了提升自身在科研和生产上的综合能力,曾先后花费了大量财力和物力,来添置了大量用于化工检测方面的仪器和设备。然而,在其购置和运行阶段的管理还存在大量问题,其极大影响到了分析仪器的运行效率。鉴于此,首先对化工检验分析仪器管理的重要性进行了分析,然后,对化工检验分析仪器管理中存在的问题及原因进行分析,最后,在此基础上,从强化管理的意识,转变管理的理念,加强运行过程中管理,提升管理者素质,强化队伍建设方面对提升在化工检验分析仪器上管理水平的对策进行分析。

Chemical detection and analysis instruments are the basis and important support for colleges and universities to engage in teaching practice,carry out scientific research activities and serve the society.At the same time,they are also the basis for enterprises to carry out normal industrial production.In recent years,with the deepening of China's reform and opening up,in order to improve their comprehensive ability in scientific research and teaching,Chinese universities have spent a lot of financial and material resources to add a large number of instruments and equipment for chemical testing.However,there are still a lot of problems in the management of its purchase and operation stage,which greatly affects the operation efficiency of analytical instruments.In view of this,this paper first analyzes the importance of the management of chemical inspection and analysis instruments,then analyzes the problems and causes existing in the management of chemical inspection and analysis instruments,and finally,on this basis,from strengthening the awareness of management,changing the concept of management,strengthening the management in the operation process and improving the quality of managers.In terms of strengthening team construction,this paper analyzes the countermeasures to improve the management level of chemical inspection and analysis instruments.
