现阶段大气污染防治措施及对策

随着我国经济发展水平显著提高,诸多城市的大气均受到了不同程度的污染。尤其是京津冀及周边地区、长三角地区、汾渭平原等以化石能源作为原料、燃料的广大区域,大气环境污染问题日益突出,酸雨、雾霾等现象时常发生,严重时已成为制约当地经济发展的瓶颈。为改善人类生存环境,结合当地实际,因地制宜采取科学有效的防治措施,强化多污染物协同控制和区域协同治理,控制大气环境污染,基本消除重污染天气,增强人民群众蓝天获得感,幸福感,意义深远。

With the remarkable improvement of China's economic development,the atmosphere of many cities has been polluted to varying degrees.In particular,in Beijing Tianjin Hebei and its surrounding areas,the Yangtze River Delta,Fenwei Plain and other vast regions where fossil energy is used as raw materials and fuels,the problem of atmospheric environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent.Acid rain,haze and other phenomena often occur,which has become a bottleneck restricting local economic development when serious.In order to improve the living environment of human beings,scientific and effective prevention and control measures should be taken according to local conditions in combination with local conditions,to strengthen multi pollutant coordinated control and regional coordinated management,to control atmospheric environmental pollution,to basically eliminate heavily polluted weather,and to enhance people's sense of blue sky gain and happiness,which is of far-reaching significance.
