摘要
为解决焦化废水净化效率低、经济性差、对环境污染严重的现状,提出以臭氧-絮凝综合处理为核心的新型焦化废水处理技术,对不同工艺参数下的焦化废水处理方案进行了研究,结果表明,当催化剂添加比例为30%、臭氧添加流量为3 L/min、絮凝剂添加量为690 mg/L的情况下该技术具有最佳的净化处理效果,对焦化废水中化学需氧量(COD)的去除率达到了69.9%,对总有机碳(TOC)的去除率达到了52.4%,化学需氧量极大地提升了焦化废水的净化效果,降低了对环境的污染。
In order to solve the problems of low purification efficiency,poor economy and serious environmental pollution of coking wastewater,a new coking wastewater treatment technology with ozone flocculation comprehensive treatment as the core was proposed,and the coking wastewater treatment schemes under different process parameters were studied.The results show that the technology has the best purification effect when the catalyst addition ratio is 30%,the ozone addition flow is 3 L/min,and the flocculant addition amount is 690 mg/L.The removal rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD)in coking wastewater reaches 69.9%,and the removal rate of total organic carbon(TOC)reaches 52.4%.The chemical oxygen demand greatly improves the purification effect of coking wastewater and reduces the pollution to the environment.
