新时代高校外语教师廉洁从教研究

On the Incorruptible Teaching of Foreign Languages Teachers of Chinese Higher Education in the New Era

高校廉洁教育研究近十来年发展迅速,教师廉洁从教研究越来越受到关注。当前高校廉洁教育研究存在重干部轻教师、重管理轻教研的问题,一线教师廉洁从教研究明显缺位。高校外语教师人数多、所教学生数量大、专业特殊,其廉洁从教研究意义重大,可从课程教学、课题研究、课外活动和社会服务等方面阐述分析从教不廉的表现及成因。为此,应充分考虑学校、院系、教师、学生等因素,结合预防与教育、关心与鞭策、自律与他律、惩处与奖励等方式,构建合理的教育、晋升、管理和评价体系,促成廉洁从教良好风气。

The general problem of the current study is the mere concern of managers and their management and the overlook of teachers and their teaching activities.And foreign languages teachers who are almost the largest teaching group to teach almost the most students because of the special study requirements are hence taken as a particular example to analyze its research status and necessity,and conclude their corruptive behaviors and causes from four directions such as teaching activities,research activities,extracurricular activities and social service.The construction of teacher s moral standards is finally considered a large project in which factors including university,schools,teachers and students should all be taken into consideration in accordance with corruption prevention and education,concern and stimulation,self-discipline and heteronomy,punishment and encouragement to build up a reasonable system in education,promotion,management and evaluation to foster ultimately a good incorruptible teaching atmosphere.
