基于我国社区开展老年流动人口健康素养研究的文献计量分析

Econometric Analysis of Health Literacy in Elderly Floating Population based on Community in China

目的 整体把握基于社区开展的老年流动人口健康素养研究领域的现状、热点及动态趋势,为今后我国更好开展相关研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中基于社区开展的老年流动人口健康素养的相关文献,借助Bibexcel、Pajek等软件进行文献计量分析。结果 共纳入70篇有效文献,目前该研究总体发文量较少;年发文量整体呈上升趋势;作者分布较为零散且合作关系较少;通过关键词可知,目前研究集中在老年流动人口的社区公共服务及随迁老人的社会融入现状两方面。结论 目前,我国基于社区开展的老年流动人口的健康素养受关注度较弱,今后应积极推进老年流动人口健康管理工作,加大社区健康服务,同时提高老年流动人口心理状况的关注,促进老年流动人口融入新环境。

Objective To grasp the current situation, research hotspot and dynamic trend of health literacy in el-derly floating population based on community, and provide references for related researches in the future.Methods The related papers of health literacy in elderly floating population on community in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP Databases were analyzed using Bibexcel and pajek.Results A total of 70 related papers were included.At present, the total amount of papers in China was relatively less, and the annual amount of papers showed an upward trend.The authors were scattered and there were few cooperative relationships between them.The current research focused on the community public service of elderly floating population and the exploration of their social integration status.Conclusion At present, the health literacy of elderly floating population based on the community has received less attention in China.In the future, we should actively promote the health management of elderly floating population, increase community health services, and improve the psychological status of the elderly floating population to promote the integration of the elderly floating population into the new environment at the same time.
